Canh tôm nấu đậu hũ với vị ngọt của nước canh, thơm ngon vị tôm và béo ngậy của đậu hũ. Đây là món ăn chế biến đơn giản mà lại cung cấp khá nhiều dinh dưỡng cho các thành viên gia đình bạn đấy.
Tôm bóc bỏ vỏ, đầu và loại bỏ chỉ đen. Đậu hũ cắt thành miếng vuông nhỏ. Hành lá thái nhỏ, gừng băm nhỏ. Rửa sạch tôm cho vào bát, thêm 15ml rượu nấu ăn, 1 thìa canh bột bắp, lòng trắng trứng sau đó trộn đều và ướp khoảng 10 phút. Lấy 1 bát con nhỏ cho vào đó 2 thìa canh bột bắp và 6 thìa canh nước khuấy cho tan. Đun nóng một ít dầu ăn trong chảo sâu lòng cho tôm vào chiên chín vàng rồi vớt ra đĩa. Phần dầu chiên tôm bạn cho gừng và phần đầu hành vào xào thơm.
Cho 300ml nước vào chảo vừa xào hành gừng đun sôi. Đổ đậu hũ vào đun sôi khoảng 1 phút sau đó trút tôm đã chiên vào và nêm thêm ít muối, hạt nêm cho vừa ăn. Cuối cùng đổ phần bột bắp đã hòa tan vào đun sôi trở lại rồi tắt bếp. Rắc hành lá thái nhỏ lên trên là xong.
