Mình dùng nồi áp suất nấu bò kho. Làm nóng nồi với dầu, cho sả cây và tỏi vào phi thơm. Sau đó cắt gói gia vị bò kho cho vào xào cho thơm và cũng để tăng màu sắc. Tắt lửa, cho thịt bò vào trộn đều, nêm vào Xốt nêm đậm đà thịt heo + hạt nêm + tương cà vào đảo đều. Ướp thịt 30 phút.
Sau 30 phút, đổ nước dừa tươi và đậy nắp nồi áp suất, mở lửa đun đến khi nồi reo thì tắt lửa, đêt nồi nghỉ và xì hết hơi trong 15 phút. Sau 15 phút thì mở lửa đun tiếp lần 2, tương tự như lần 1 nồi xì hơi sẽ tắt lửa để nghỉ trong 15 phút. Kế tiếp mở nắp nồi và cho cà rốt vào, đậy nắp mở lửa lần 3, nồi reo là tắt lửa. Khi nồi xì hết hơi thì mở nắp nếm xem vừa vị của gia đình chưa, có thể nêm thêm ít muối nếu nhạt (không cần đợi 15 phút). Hoàn tất.
